Original dessert recipes for new year’s table
The new year is coming soon, and most of the time — to think about how you will entertain guests in the festive night. In addition to traditional salad Olivier, herring under a fur coat, hot dishes and mountains of mandarins invited to surprise the original dessert on the Christmas theme. We present some interesting recipes.
150 g flour
3/4 can of condensed milk
150 g peeled almonds
2 tsp vanilla sugar
600 ml coconut milk
30 g of gelatin
300 g soft cottage cheese
350 ml cream with fat content of 35%
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, softened butter and 1/3 coconut. Knead elastic dough, roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 20 min.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Prepare 2 round refractory shapes of different sizes, grease them with butter. On a floured table roll out the dough into 2 circles by diameter forms. Put them in the batter and bake until light brown in color 15 min.
Using berries, nuts and chocolate sticks, make a snowman “eyes”, “the nose”, “mouth” and “handles”.
Gelatin soak in 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water and set aside for 15 min. Nuts chopped into large crumbs, fry 2–3 minutes on a dry pan.
Mix the cottage cheese with a 0.75 can of condensed milk. vanilla sugar and coconut milk. Gelatin press and on low heat, stirring all the time, melt until smooth. Allow to cool slightly. Whisk in cream dense foam. Gradually add the gelatin in cottage cheese, then mix with almonds and whipped cream. Put the mixture into covered with cling film 2 dome-shaped or bowl suitable diameter to wapakalypse the cake, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Shape with a frozen cover cream shortcakes ready, edge trim.
Turn the circles on your work surface and remove the tape. Grease the wheels with condensed milk and sprinkle the remaining coconut and place on a large tray. Using berries, nuts and chocolate sticks, make a snowman “eyes”, “the nose”, “mouth” and “handles”.
