300 g dark chocolate, 1 liter of vodka, 0.5 kg of sugar, 1 Cup of water.

A liqueur made from walnuts
Take 50 pieces of little green nuts with a soft core, chop them and place in a dark bottle, in which a pre-pour 2 liters of vodka. Add for flavor 30 grams of cinnamon, cloves 15 g. Put the bottle in 3 weeks in the sun 2-3 times daily shaking. The contents drain and mix with 2 liters of thick sugar syrup. To filter, pour into bottles and store in a supine position.
Orange peel, peeled from the inner white layer, finely chop and place them in the bottle. Pour the alcohol so that it covers the crust. Leave to infuse for 2-3 weeks, strain, and if the infusion is still turbid, filter through a funnel with filter paper, folded four times. Mix with cold sugar syrup made of one part sugar and two parts water.
The proportion is determined by the taste for strong liquor — less syrup.
The quince liqueur
Cook the quinces until soft. Press from 1 liter of juice and mix it with 1 liter of alcohol. Add 25 g of cinnamon, 25 PCs. cloves, some sliced almonds, the peel of half a lemon and 1 kg of sugar. You put a bottle with preparation of liquor for 40-50 days in the sun. Then drain and be kept in bottles in the supine position for at least 6 months.
Liqueur made from orange peels
Orange zest infuse 1 liter of spirits or brandy. Then infusion to drain, add a thick sugar syrup (made of 500 grams of sugar for jam), mix well.
The mixed liquor “Tropics”
Boil the syrup is the consistency of jam 250 g sugar and 250 ml water. Squeeze the juice from one orange and one lemon. Put in the syrup half the peel from the orange and the entire peel from the lemon during the pre-soaked 30 minutes in warm water. Bring the syrup to the heat and boil again.
Then remove from heat, cool and pour 600 ml of rum or brandy. The liquor is ready for use.
150 ml of pure alcohol iliml vodka, 2-3 large banana, 1 standard tin of condensed milk, 2 eggs, 150 ml of fresh milk.
Pour into a bowl the condensed milk, add eggs, milk and chopped bananas. Mix everything and shake thoroughly using a mixer, then strain through a strainer.
Pour the liquor into a carafe or other container and allow to cool in the fridge.
